Just a few of Our Gutter Projects
This house in the Old Northeast neighborhood of Kansas City was built in the 1800s. The poor condition of the existing gutters was contributing to the leaking stone foundation basement walls. By adding larger gutters and downspouts along with some system reconfiguration, we were able to solve their water issues.
This brand new home in south Johnson County needed a gutter system to help get all of the water from the large roof area to the exact spot the owner wanted it to go. We were able to design a system that exceeded their requirements both now and in the future.
The tree trimmer damaged this section of gutter (you can see the puncture on the left and the bend towards the right). We replaced this section and now no one can tell the difference.
This house in south Kansas City needed a lot of work! We replaced most of the fascia and soffit due to poor gutters. We also reconfigured and replaced the gutters and downspouts with larger ones. We also added gutter guards as well. The owner was amazed at the difference when the first rain came after the installation.
This home is in Hallbrook. Nearly every corner of the original gutter system was leaking. And the gutter guards were not functioning properly. So we changed out all the gutters while adding more downspouts in strategic places. We also replaced the gutter guards with a more effective style.
In Shawnee this customer was getting water in her basement when it rained even moderately. We helped her end her problem by changing the gutters and downspouts to larger versions. Then we helped her with a drainage solution to make sure the water was moved far away from the house. No more wet basement since we implemented this solution.
